Hello… :)

imageSo my family has just moved into the parental category of outnumbered … And as for my husband, well, his entire family life is just that … Outnumbered by females! Yes, we have now become a fivesome, parents to three gorgeous little ladies. And life certainly has got a little bit crazy to say the least! hello …. My name is Cat.

Why am I doing this? Well for one thing, I thought it would be nice to create a chronicle of our daily life – time is going by way too quickly at the  moment, and aside from the fact that my iPhone is running out of memory fast due to the number of photos I take of my girls (and screenshots of  funny parenting memes, squat challenges, handbags of desire, etc etc…!) I thought it would be nice, and hopefully inspiring, to share our daily goings on and keep a diary for my family. So here I am, I hope you enjoy it 🙂

a little bit about me… I have been married to my hubby for almost 7 years. In that time, we have been blessed with 3 girls, aged 4, 2 and 14 weeks new 🙂 we have had our challenges in getting our family, but we are so blessed to have these three beautiful, crazy, energetic girls in our lives.

I work as as a chartered accountant – but I promise I am not boring! I am on maternity leave at the minute and try to do as much with my girls as possible. I like to get out and about as much as I can with them, and if its raining outside, I like to get creative indoors…. And of course, I’m not going to lie – there are the days when my exhaustion takes over and I throw a DVD on for the kids and the coffee machine on for me…!

I am interested in interior design and just love shopping for my home! I really love accessorising my home with candle sticks, vases, photo frames etc and just love looking through magazines and Instagram for inspo! Much of this blog is likely to focus on that – babies and home 🙂

I want to keep my posts as honest as possible. I’m not going to sugar coat anything, I’ll say it like it is. My children are great yes, but there are times when I want to pull my hair out or run away! I am an anxious person a lot of the time, but I’m trying hard to be less of a worrier. And I overthink, like ALL the time. But one thing that I am above all is a positive person. I’ll post about my personal experiences another day, but I am a firm believer that if you really want something, you can get it; that if you are positive, you will be happier.

So just to end this introduction with a note from an inspirational woman in my view…

‘nothing is impossible. The word itself says I’m possible’ Audrey Hepburn 💜

Please feel free to get in touch. I’d love to meet you.
